Ding dong! An IT contractor living in Ireland allegedly almost received quite a “package” from Amazon after filing a complaint when Amazon incorrectly sent him the wrong edition of an art textbook he ordered.

The suspected culprit of the prank is reportedly a customer service representative who was exacting his revenge for negative feedback. Kinda makes you wonder what an Amazon customer service rep is capable of if you service them over the phone in the right way, am I right?
