Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been caught in a repetitive fib about his dining experiences at In-N-Out.
Internet detectives found that he claimed multiple times to have his “first ever” In-N-Out Burger, with the latest claim being dated December 23 of this year, as seen below.
But that’s not true is it, Mr. The Rock? People were quick to find and reference posts that date back to 2017 and as recently as August 2022, each time suggesting it was his initial visit.
The August 2022 post is captioned: “My first ever @innout burger experience.”
And then again in February of 2017, he made the same claim.
The revelation sparked a variety of responses online, with some people finding humor in the situation and others questioning the need for the claim.
Why would The Rock lie about this? Is it just a paid promotion for In N Out? I have my suspicions but The Rock did edit the post to clarify.
