Ever find yourself staring at something, scratching your head, and thinking, “What on Earth were they on when they designed this?” Before the age of instant photo sharing and social media shaming, how many of these gems slipped through the cracks, unnoticed and unmocked? Picture it: the 1700s, a world without hashtags and trending fails, where a crooked building or a bizarrely designed utensil couldn’t go viral and become the laughing stock of the internet.
But here we are, in the golden age of sharing every oddity we stumble upon, and trust me, I’ve stumbled upon plenty.
