While alcohol is a big part of maybe people’s lives, some people have to make the hard decision to quit booze forever. It’s true that everything is good in moderation, but, for many people, moderation just doesn’t exist.
Therefore, we know it takes strength and courage to quit drinking and face recovery head-on. Not only does alcoholism and addiction destroy many people’s lives, it also destroys their body. Most alcoholic beverages contain sugars and calories that pack on the pounds. Additionally, too much booze can destroy a person’s liver/body altogether. Big ups to these people who had the heart to say goodbye to the bottle–their transformations are truly inspiring.
