At WorldwideInterweb, we believe the internet should be a place where you can get lost in laughter and find joy in the absurdities of life.

Founded in 2011 by a group of humor and culture enthusiasts, our mission has always been to deliver the most entertaining memes, pictures, tweets, and lists the web has to offer.

We’re here to be your daily dose of distraction, making sure you forget what time it is, lose track of that to-do list, and maybe even burn a meal or two. Whether you’re scrolling through our latest meme collection or diving into a list of the funniest tweets, we aim to keep you endlessly entertained.

AI Policy

We believe in the importance of a human touch. That’s why any content generated by AI on Worldwide Interweb is thoroughly fact-checked, edited, and reviewed by a human editor before it reaches you. If an article includes AI-generated content, we’ll clearly disclose it right from the start. Similarly, any AI-generated images will be properly credited in the image attribution.

While we occasionally use AI to help brainstorm ideas, conduct research, or draft content briefs, it’s always part of a broader editorial process that prioritizes quality and authenticity. Our goal is to leverage technology to enhance our content, but never at the cost of misleading our readers or compromising on quality.

A Note About Internet Content & DMCA

Like the majority of you, we’re huge fans of the Internet. We love sharing hilarious things that we happen to come across, which is partially why we created this site. We had a decent social media following and really wanted a place to share the things that made us laugh with them.

The problem with the Internet is that things get passed around so much that it can often be incredibly hard to figure out where original credit is due.

We do our best to try to track down the original source, but again, sometimes a piece of content has been circulated to the point where it becomes near impossible.

At the very, very least, we’ll link to where we came across it. We know this doesn’t make up for proper credit, but when it’s the best we can do, it’s all we’ve got.

That all being said, we’re firm believers in credit being appropriately given wherever it is deserved. We never crop out credit or add credit from this site on anything we share. If there is something you see on this site that you created and is not properly credited to you, please let us know. It should absolutely be properly credited. You made something for the Internet and wanted to get as many eyes on it as possible. And that’s happened. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there who could care less or prefer to claim something as their own, and as it gets passed around for more eyes to see it, correct ownership gets lost in the mix.

So if something of yours ends up here without the right credit, we’d like to fix that. Send us any links and any other information you’d like us to add to the piece of content. If you prefer we take it down, we’re happy to do that instead.
