Ever since Disney announced its live-action remake of the classic animated favorite Aladdin, fans have eagerly every new detail. First, there was the teaser trailer that left much to be desired—as any good teaser should.
Then, we caught a glimpse of Will Smith as the real-world genie and people had strong feelings about that, to say the least. But finally, FINALLY, Disney has released the full-length Aladdin trailer and it is one hell of a magic carpet ride, folks.
The time has finally come, ladies and gents, the Aladdin full-length trailer is here and there’s so much to unpack.
For starters, we get even more screentime with Aladdin himself (Mena Massoud).
*swoon*
And his partner-in-crime Abu.
Plus, additional glimpses of Genie and Carpet dancing along to “Friend Like Me”.
Not to mention, one of the most iconic scenes in the film, the magic carpet ride with Jasmine and Aladdin singing “A Whole New World”.
Aladdin hits theaters on May 24th, but until then please join us in rewatching the trailer a zillion times.
