Tom Hanks Helps Missing Socks Find Their Owners In NYC

Tom Hanks has apparently reached such an unattainable level of boredom in his life that he’s starting to use all of his spare time helping the people find lost items like socks, shoes and gloves. T-Hanks’ crusade has caused many people to say “Hanx you” lately as he’s dedicated his Twitter account to helping people find things they dropped in the streets of New York City.

While Hanks’ “Saving Private Property” movement may seem strange, his 11 million followers aren’t laughing as he continues to help cold feet and hands all over America. Tommy’s Tweets even helped a Fordham student reunite with her lost student ID back in October.

The scary part is that it appears Tom Hanks is always looking down when he walks down the street so watch your step if you happen to walk by him this week.
