Ah, Baby Boomers, the generation born between 1946 and 1964. There are a ton of them, and they’ve done some pretty cool things. We’re talking about inventing amazing technologies, standing up for civil rights, and generally shaking things up. But let’s be real, some of us younger folks aren’t always their biggest fans. We think they didn’t care enough about the environment, and sometimes they come off as a bit entitled. But hey, not everyone thinks Boomers are all bad.
In fact, there’s a lot of common ground to be found if you look closely. Historian Dr. Eladio B. Bobadilla started a thread on Twitter, where he asked people, “What makes you go, ‘I’m with the Boomers on this one?’” And boy, did the replies pour in. From music preferences to work ethics, there are plenty of areas where we Millennials have to give Boomers credit. So, sit back and enjoy these instances we had to admit that Boomers were onto something.
