Boston police team’s SWAT cat mascot returns home

The Boston police department’s unofficial police mascot since 2013, “SWAT Cat” who is known as a renegade cat cop who doesn’t play by the department rules has finally returned home after being reported missing back in November.

Boston police initially put out an online APB for the missing feline, posting a shot on Facebook of SWAT Cat lounging on the hood of an armored vehicle and licking himself in the face of crime.

While the motive for SWAT Cat’s disappearance in unknown, it’s being reported that it was largely due to his quest for proper butt scratching justice.
