'Ok, How Do You Mess THAT Up'—20 Truly Unfortunate Cooking Fails

Sometimes you just absolutely screw the pooch when you’re trying to make a delicious dish to serve — yourself or others. Like once, I boiled TONS of seafood shells to make a seafood broth. HOURS this was on the stove. Went to strain it… and dumped the broth, not the shells.

Murder me.

13. Shattered by heat

When I was a kid a read 2:30 as 23 minutes in a microwave pizza bc that's how long it took when we ordered it.

The heat literally shattered the place and the pizza was a solid black brick by the time I went back downstairs and found it.
