When you’re a child, it seems that all you want to do is grow up right away. We envy the “freedom” adults have–like unlimited snacks and virtually no bedtime. But, once we hit that ripe old age when we begin adulthood, it’s all downhill for us.
I’m unsure why everyone glorified growing up when honestly, it’s just one big ride on the struggle bus. We’re exhausted, broke, and truly trying just to get by.
