Spice Girl Melanie ‘Mel B’ Brown recently revealed that she had once hooked up with fellow bandmate Spice Girl Geri Halliwell during the group’s heyday.
Mel B made the confession during a taping of Twitter troll Piers Morgan’s upcoming Life Stories series—a clip of which was released on Monday morning by Good Morning Britain Monday. She initially played it cool, explaining, “Yeah, we all slept in a bed together, but not like that,” before (accurately) commenting that Geri “had great boobs.”
But she eventually caved to Morgan’s questioning: “She’s going to hate me for this because she’s all posh in her country house and her husband,” said Mel B, referring to Geri’s husband, F1 racing team head Christian Horner. “But it’s a fact. It just happened and we just giggled at it and that was it.”

“It was just that once,” clarified Mel B, before adding, “And hopefully when Geri gets asked that, which hopefully she will after this, she won’t deny it. Because it was just a fun thing.”

Mel B dropped this long-awaited confirmation in front of a live audience in which Melanie Chisholm (AKA Mel C) was in attendance. This was her face when she heard her bandmates remarks:

According toMail on Sunday, Morgan apparently also asked Mel B if she and Mel C had ever done “anything,” to which she replied, “Well, when I got my tongue pierced we all kissed. But that was just a kiss because I wanted to know what it felt like. It was just a silly kiss. Nothing sexual like that.”

However, according to The Sun, Geri is “more than a bit miffed” at Mel B’s statements and says her bandmate has “blown it out of all proportion.”
Mel B’s claim come just weeks before the band—sans Victoria Beckham (AKA Posh Spice)—is set to embark on a new Spice Girls reunion tour.
