Let’s be real, Dad jokes are the secret seasoning of family gatherings. You know the type: so punny they hurt, so cheesy you just have to laugh.
I mean, who else but a dad could serve up a one-liner that makes everyone at the dinner table facepalm and chuckle at the same time? So, why do we love these groan-worthy gems? Maybe it’s because, deep down, we all love a little bit of silliness. Or maybe it’s just comforting to know that no matter how sophisticated our humor gets, a good old-fashioned dad joke can still crack us up.
