Many of us have different types of ways to cope with life’s stresses. Some of us drink to ease the pain, others like to go to the gym and take our aggression out by working out. And, then, there are those who love to go home, lock their door, and have a nice, long cry.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with getting your emotions out via a nice cry. But, when you cry pretty much every day, at every little thing that pisses you off–well, you’ll end up dehydrating, y’all.
