His name is Anucha “Cha” Saengchart, and he is officially the undisputed king of low-cost Cosplay. Actually, that claim probably doesn’t even do his work justice. We the people of World Wide Interweb would like to officially crown Anucha the official king of all Cosplay. As you’ll see by the photos below, there is clearly no way you can dispute this claim. You could try, but you’d just be another low-cost internet citizen.
